Registration open!
Registration is now open for the IHI Brokerage Event 2025, which will be held in Brussels, Belgium on 4-5 November. The event is a prime opportunity for potential applicants to network and start forming consortia for IHI’s next single-stage call for proposals, which is scheduled for launch in early 2026.
Registration is free but obligatory via the event and networking platform. Note that if you signed up to last year’s brokerage platform, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to transfer your profile to the new platform.
The following plenary sessions will be broadcast online: Opening session (including info session), all pitching sessions, and the 'ask the experts' session. If you wish to follow the event online, simply select 'online attendee' during registration.
About the event
The brokerage event has been designed to facilitate networking and the formation of consortia for IHI's next calls for proposals. Find out about the different features of the event…
Discover project proposals during the pitching sessions
Our pitching sessions will spotlight people who have a project proposal and are looking for partners for a consortium to turn their idea into a reality. If you want to present a pitch yourself, the deadline to apply is 20 October – details can be found in the event platform. All pitching sessions will be broadcast online.
Meet potential partners by the posters
Posters displayed throughout the venue will showcase organisations that are keen to get involved in the IHI projects of the future. If you want to present your organisation, the deadline to apply is 20 October – details can be found in the event platform.
Non-stop networking
With plenty of agenda slots dedicated to networking time, and refreshments on hand throughout the event, you can hold informal, one-on-one meetings with new contacts at any time during the event.
Dedicated meeting rooms for fledgling consortia
If you have started to build a consortium and want a space for a longer meeting, we've got you covered! Our venue has six small meeting rooms that you will be able to book on site for blocks of 55 minutes.
Get informed
As this event is all about making connections, most of the agenda is dedicated to pitching and networking. However, we will start the event with a brief presentation of some of the most important points for IHI applicants to consider when building a consortium. We’ll also run an ‘ask the experts’ Q&A session on day 1. These sessions will be broadcast online.
6 November - dedicated to online networking
On 6 November, we will move the event online and open up virtual lounges so that new consortia can keep working and bring in people who were not able to attend the face-to-face event.
About the networking platform
Even if you can’t attend the Brokerage Event in person, the networking platform is a great place to showcase your own and your organisation’s expertise, and share project proposals with other participants. Choose the option “online attendee” and connect with the IHI community.
Once you’ve registered, you will be able to search for and contact potential partners and identify project proposals that could be relevant for you.
The platform will remain open for networking until the call deadline.
