20 June 2024: stage 1 evaluation report published
All proposals were assessed for eligibility, and eligible proposals were evaluated by independent experts. The results of the evaluation are summarised in this report and below:
- Number of proposals submitted: 16
- Number of inadmissible proposals: 0
- Number of ineligible proposals: 1
- Number of above-threshold proposals: 11
- Total budget requested for above-threshold proposals: EUR 136.998.375,00.
We have informed the applicants of the results of the evaluation and invited the top-ranked consortia to submit a full proposal, together with the industry consortium identified in the call text, by 10 October 2024.

In total, 16 short proposals were submitted in response to this call:

- Topic 2: 7 proposals
Following the eligibility check, all eligible proposals will be evaluated by independent experts.
- The maximum financial contribution from IHI JU for these topics is: EUR 24.6 million
- Industry / contributing partner contributions: EUR 24.6 million
